In weight loss your nutrition is vital. I have come to understand that a break down of nutrition is vital in success. You must understand you will be broken down also. You will be broken down and placed packed together into a stronger healthier you.Firs step …NO SODA, NO SWEETS, and LEAFY GREEN VEGGIES. You want leafy green veggies at least 2 meals out of your day.  They are a great source of anti-oxidents.
